Applications are now open for B4BC’s (Boarding 4 Breast Cancer) *FREE* Ocean Wellness Retreat, held in Encinitas from October 19-22! Activities include: meditation + journaling, yoga movement, a surf lesson, e-biking + beach picnics, creative art class, women’s cacao circle + sound bath healing, nourishing meals, dancing + breath work, and more. All expenses (meals, lodging, activities, rental equipment) are taken care of; travel not included.
